Who's behind this
VoxLead is built and run by Muneeb Khan, a computer science graduate who taught himself the full voice AI stack — real-time speech pipelines, call queue infrastructure, billing systems — rather than assembling one from off-the-shelf tools. His technical depth includes winning national hackathons like NISHAAN (GDG Build with AI, 2026) and SolarScan (IU Spectrum 1.0).
Having observed how relentless 90-day turnover and restrictive US pricing models handicap local and regional call centres, he set out to build an autonomous voice engine with transparent, local economics. Only by engineering every layer natively could we deliver carrier-grade reliability without stacking four vendor margins on every minute.
